What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device when you visit it. Vericto sets cookies the service needs to work and, only if you accept them, analytics cookies to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
First-party cookies
We use the following first-party cookies.

The site also stores your cookie choice in your browser's local storage (vericto-consent) and in the vericto_consent cookie in the table, so the dashboard honours it without asking you again. Neither is used to track you, and we ask again after 6 months.
Third-party cookies
We set no social-media, advertising or remarketing cookies. The only third party is Google Analytics 4, and its cookies are only set if you accept them.
Google Analytics (GA4)
Only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner, on vericto.com and in the dashboard (app.vericto.com). Until you do, Google Analytics is not loaded and receives no data.
If you accepted them, our server also sends Google Analytics facts your browser does not see: the first query Vericto evaluates for your workspace and the purchase of a plan (amount, currency and plan) and its cancellation. They are tied to your pseudonymous Google Analytics id and to an opaque internal id of your account, never to your email. Without your consent nothing is sent.

We use Google Analytics without Google Signals or ad personalisation, and we do not share this data with Google for advertising. GA4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google processes the data on its servers, which may be outside your country, including the United States.
How to manage cookies
You can change your choice at any time from Cookie preferences, in the footer of every page or with the button below. If you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
To specifically disable Google Analytics: use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Note: Disabling necessary cookies may prevent the Vericto dashboard from working correctly.
Changes to this policy
We will notify material changes by email to registered users at least 30 days in advance. The "Last updated" date always reflects the current version.
