Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle. There are no penalties for changing plans.

If you downgrade and your current data exceeds the lower plan's limits, you'll have a 30-day grace period to adjust your configuration before the plan takes effect.

A query is any SQL statement that reaches the Vericto TCP proxy and is analyzed by the AST engine. This includes both allowed and blocked queries. Connection pool keep-alive queries (like SELECT 1) do not count.

In dry-run mode (CI/CD), each SQL statement in the analyzed file counts as a separate query against your monthly limit. The limit resets on the first day of each UTC month.

When you reach 80% of your monthly limit, you'll receive a notification by email and in the dashboard. We never cut the proxy abruptly: if you exceed the limit, the service continues for 72 hours to give you time to upgrade.

After 72 hours without an upgrade, the proxy switches to alert-only mode. We recommend upgrading to the Team plan (unlimited queries) if you use Vericto in production.

The Free plan is permanent: 500K queries/month, 1 database, and 28 standard rules with no expiry and no credit card required. It's enough to evaluate Vericto in staging or a personal project.

For Builder and Team plans, we offer a 14-day trial with full access to all plan features, no credit card required. If you need more time to evaluate the Enterprise plan, contact us at enterprise@vericto.com.

With annual billing you pay 12 months upfront and get a 20% discount: Builder goes from $49/mo to $39/mo (billed $468/yr), and Team from $149/mo to $119/mo (billed $1,428/yr).

You have 14 days from your first payment to withdraw and get a full refund, no reason needed (right of withdrawal). After that, if you cancel before the year ends we refund the full unused months (minus the current month). Refunds are processed in 5-10 business days.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal, through Paddle. For annual and Enterprise plans, we also accept bank transfer (SEPA and ACH) and net-30 invoicing.

All payments are encrypted and Vericto does not store card data on its servers. Paddle acts as merchant of record: it issues the invoice, calculates and remits the taxes applicable to your country, and the charge appears on your statement as PADDLE.NET* VERICTO. Invoices are available in the dashboard.
